Im trying to write a new article but I cannot save it because the ‘save’ or ‘save and close’ button does not work. I cannot even close the page by clicking on the red cross.
Also, the tool bar no longer appears.
This is the first time this error has occurred and I have no idea how to solve it...
What could be the cause and what can I do?
Preliminary remark: about a month ago the website was inaccessible on the front end (http error 500) and the hosting company had solved the problem by upgrading the PHP version to 5.4.
My joomla vesion is 2.5.11.
I know that´s a very old but I don´t have the skills to migrate to the latest version.
